Brief Description: - The project comprises the creation of 24 ensuite study bedrooms, 200 seat rammed earth lecture theatre, workshops, seminar rooms and laboritories, restaurant and bar. The Wales Institute for Sustainable Education will provide a state of the art environmental education centre, drawing on the Centre for Alternative Technology 30 years experience to educate a wide range of participants in the principle of sustainable development.
