Brief Description: - The site is located on Dishley Street Car Park, Leominster. The works comprise the construction of a single storey dental centre with a footprint of approximately 25 x 29m, incorporating a pitched roof rising to approximately 6m. The external walls incorporate brickwork and render. The roof is standing seam metal. The engineering incorporates vacuum and compressed air services. It incorporates specialist sub-contracts for the fitting out of eight dental surgeries. Ancillary works include drainage, car parking, fencing and landscaping.
