Brief Description: - Construction of one 500m2 detached factory unit with adjoining office and services accommodation, together with provision of hardstandings, car parking, refuse areas, site paths and landscaping. The structure is a steel portal frame with a composite insulated panel roof and walls. The offices are finished internally and the buildings are fitted with heating, lighting, ventilation, security and basic power installations.
